Product Description

Electrode has an extruded coating containing the alloying elements. Ideal for crusher rolls, dredge pump shells impellers, and impact breaker bars. Shielded metal arc welding electrode bonds well with carbon, low alloy steel and manganese. It has moderate alloy content that providing a balanced performance on abrasion resistance and impact. Deposits are slightly magnetic on carbon, low alloy steels and develops cross checks. Electrode allows easy slag removal with excellent out of position characteristics. Apply in weave beads using AC or DC, either polarity.
